This work aims primordially the development of a virtual tool, to aid in the teaching and the training process of professionals of the wind power sector, that allow the visualization of one wind generator linked in a power system. Techniques of Virtual Reality are used in the project and implementation of the system, where the user can observe the behavior of the system in real time, and interact with the virtual environment in lot of ways, like for example modifying the wind speed, including failure events in the power system or setting in motion the wind generator tuned on a substation.
