The stereoscopy is a phenomenon that makes a person to feel the depth when observing a scene. Using the mechanism of binocular vision, the human brain treats two-dimensional images to obtain such effect, considering that each eye sees an image, defining the "Stereo Vision". Currently the use of the Virtual Reality technologies for medical applications has grown substantially. Such technologies supply to the professional of the medical area a rich source of studies and diagnostic providing a high level of interaction and immersion. The objective of this work is to provide the sensation of immersion in applications of Virtual Reality destined to the medical training, through techniques of Anaglyph.
