This paper aims at presenting software developed towards the application of Color Theory at Virtual Environment. The program is elaborated using Borland C++ Builder platform and makes use of the 3D environment importation. This allows for visualization, navigation and color modifications by utilizing specific tolls in accordance with Colors Theory studies in Architecture and Design.
