Due to the important role of the affectivity in learning, inclusive in collaborative learning, this paper presents an approach for computational inference of the socio-affective factors Personality and Leadership. This information will be used by an agent for formation of students groups, according to their affective profiles, in collaborative learning environments. Devido ao importante papel da afetividade na aprendizagem, inclusive na aprendizagem colaborativa, este artigo apresenta uma abordagem para inferência computacional dos fatores sócio-afetivos Personalidade e Liderança. Essa informação será utilizada por um agente para formação de grupos de alunos, de acordo com seus perfis afetivos, em ambientes colaborativos de aprendizagem.
