This paper proposes the insertion of Virtual Players in GMABS (Games and Multi-Agent-Based Simulation) methodology, to support the negotiation process in conflict resolution. This methodology uses Multi- Agent-Based Simulation (MABS) and Role-Playing Games (RPG) techniques in integrated way. First, a generic architecture for virtual players in GMABS is defined and after, a prototype to this architecture is implemented.
