The environments where medical records are explored for historical analysis of clinical scenes, in general, have focus on integration of data that are, essentially, structured. However, they face difficulties to handle other types of information present, e.g. on anamnesis, due to their unstructured nature. This paper presents an environment for multifaceted analysis of medical records allowing joint exploration of heterogeneous data. To do so, the terms found on several unstructured sources are associated with categories of a faceted taxonomy. These facets are modeled as dimensions on a data mart and used as perspectives for data analysis.
