Project management tasks commonly have high levels of uncertainty, especially in planning phase, when it is necessary using estimations. Human resource allocation is a very important task that fits in this context. This paper presents a master's degree research which aims to address this task by using optimization techniques, in order to overcome actual limitations by an automated approach.
