Distributed Software Development (DSD) requires interaction between different organizations. This interaction can be represented by business processes and implemented by Web services. Inter-organizational cooperation to support DSD involves issues that must be described by electronic contracts. These issues need to be negotiated in order to establish an agreement between parts. This paper presents a DSD scenario on which a computational support based on business processes, Web services and electronic contracts, named FeatureContract, can be applied to support partnerships establishment.
