A topic to develop software has called the attention of researchers: distribution of software development. This topic reflects economical and social changes, which have taken organizations to distribute geographically their investments and resources, in order to increase productivity, quality improvement and cost reduction on software development. On distributed development, the physical distance causes a set of problems, mainly related to reduction of communication. To assure an efficient communication, a management model is necessary to deal clear and efficient way to distribute the information and register problems in software development. This paper proposes a communication management process based to PMBoK. For that, two sub-process were defined.
