This paper evaluates the performance of the optimal AQM controller HSTCP-H2 designed for networks which employ the HSTCP protocol. Simulation results indicate that the HSTCP-H2 controller produces much higher goodput per connection and utilization than the RED controller under FTP and under WEB traffic.
