Many studies have been proposed to use models developed in analysis and design of software for test case generation, which is called Model Based Testing (MBT). A motivation for the increase in the use of MBT is the great adoption of notations and patterns provided by UML. This paper proposes a process for automatic design of test cases from UML Activity Diagram. The paper also shows how to create testable models for our purposes, as well as how to create test cases from these models. We also show the preliminary results obtained in the use in a real world application.
