The management of computer and telecommunication networks plays an important role in an environment where new, complex, and different network elements and services are added to the plant. In this heterogeneous scenario, CORBA has been applied in the integration and rapid deployment of such elements and services. This paper presents a tool that builds automatically CORBA gateways that integrate elements and services to a management platform. Furthermore, the tool supports the management by the delegation paradigm.
