This work aims to demonstrate the viability of a deterministic analysis in environments that joins switched ethernet and the traffic differentiation mechanisms introduced by IEEE 802.1D/Q standards. The proposed calculus model directs the analysis focus to the prediction of end-to-end delay on different traffic classes communications.
