The dynamic of the markets requires from the organizations more agile business processes. Thus, the organizations need to enhance its intellectual capital through the acquisition of valuable knowledge.This work presents an approach for the knowledge acquisition process in business processes. The objective of the work is to support the acquisition and storage of the organization members knowledge. As a result, the enhancement of the intellectual capital and improvement of the business processes turn the organization more competitive.
