We introduce a surveillance system to monitor point events located in geographical space and in time. The iam is to detect the space-time clusters as soon they start emerge by triggering an alarm. In this article, the main objective is to adapt a technique proposed by Rogerson (2001), aiming at identifying the eventual cluster that would be the principal cause the alarm going off. Additionally, we believe that our technique isolate events that don't belong to the cluster but that contribute to the alarm warning.
