This paper presents a tool to aid in the construction of the data model for Data Warehouses, based on the corporative system data model and on user requirements. The purpose of the tool is to minimize difficulties and avoid conceptual errors in the creation of the dimensional model which may result from the designer’s lack of dimensional modeling skills.
