Following the new trend of development which focuses on Web 3.0, based on the integration of content with a social recommendation, this paper presents a proposal for a recommendation system based on georeferenced collaborative filtering technique in a context that integrates the social and cultural reality of the Maraba city in southeastern Pará. This project aims to model a solution to facilitate the location and recommendation of items supported the participation of users and may have a significant influence on their choice and its potential use. So, will be presents an overview of the systems recommendation and initiation of studies in collaborative filtering, indicating the technologies used in the modeling process and discuss a possible implementation in the real level of academic research focused on recommendation systems.
