Descrição Modular de Linguagens Orientadas a Agentes Utilizando Semântica de Ações

Luis MenezesGeber RamalhoHermano Moura

Agent-oriented programming have been used to simplify the building of systems with intel ligent behavior. To take ful l advantage of this paradigm, it is necessary to use programming languages designed to support agent-oriented concepts. However, the design of these programming languages is very difficult because agent-oriented concepts are too complex. This paper analyses the application of formal methods to help the design of new agentoriented programming languages. In particular, we discuss action semantics, formalism for programming languages description that produces clear and extensible specifications.
