A three-dimensional cellular complex is a subdivision of a topological space into a finite number of cells (vertices, edges, faces and polyhedrons). The topology of a cellular complex is the abstract incidence and adjacency relations among its elements. In this work we propose a geometric modeling of 3-dimensional complexes with topology of closed 3-manifolds, based in tetrahedron gluing with consistent orientations.
