This article presents a method of integrating a fuzzy system with the transform Wavelet applied to the process of capturing thermal images lightning arrester using thermography in twelve electrical substations Eletronorte / Eletrobrás located in the Amazon region, Pará, Brazil. The integration performed, coupled with the knowledge of experts enabled the construction of the proposed settlement.
