The network on chip (NoC) emerged as the most adequate interconnection mechanism to integrated systems that demand mighty processing and great data flow. The IPNoSys NoC architecture uses routers as processing elements. It proposes the utilization of network-on-chip not only as an interconnection network but as well the processing data-path. Creating programs for a IPNoSys architecture means to describe a set of packages to be processed by the NoC. This paper describes a tool to compile a high-level programming language (ANSI C) into an IPNoSys package description language. This tool aims to obtain the maximum power of parallelism provided by the IPNoSys architecture.
