In this article we present an automatic computational application for cell counting andendothelial morphologic analysis of the human cornea. The objective is to provide doctors andresearches of Eye Banks with a tool dedicated to the study of Specular Microscopes images. Along thework we investigate digital images techniques in order to develop an efficient procedure for cellcounting and for the determination of sizes and shapes distributions.
