In this paper, we describe a computer visionarchitecture for a Printed Circuit Board (PCB)inspection system. The system discussed herewas developed to run in a production line for acomputer monitor's factory in order to inspectthru-hole components. One of the main featuresof our system is the capability to be configuredto inspect several PCBs models - varying insize and layout. The paper also shows a briefresult obtained from the production line afterthe system started to work.
