The present work describes the implementation of contaminated transportation system in Guanabara Bay, Brazil. This work has been developed through the studying and implementation of computer tools in numerical simulation by the finite element method for velocity field and pollutants courses analysis, using Virtual Reality techniques for scientific visualization.
