A CENT (Electronic Chart for Land Navigation) has been developed at IME's(Military Institute of Engineering) Cartographic Engineering Department for some years [3,4 and 5]. The main goal of this project is the monitoring of military vehicles and the control of fleets at real time. All the visualization where the vehicles goes is done by 3D. The user just can observe isarithms lines.This wor proposes the utilization of VRML (Virtual Reality Modeling Language) in the visualization of CENT by 3D. The user still can use the advantages which this tool offers.
