This paper discuesses the use of virtual reality techniques for protein molecular analysis. In order to understand the working and the features of a protein, it is necessary to know its three-dimensional conformation. At this point, virtual reality techniques can accomplish this through a Distributed Virtual Environment where specialists can obtain a dynamic three-dimensional vision along with the possibility of interact and remotely discuss pertinent subjects the molecular analysis.
