This article describes a research on the useof X3D integrated with HTML, using dynamic access to aMicrosoft Access database through ASP.NET and C#, forthe development of a system applied to activities in anelectric power substation. The prototype developed allowsfor consulting information about the equipment andother objects in the scene through interactions with thevirtual environment. The main objective is to use theweb-based 3D technology to manage, access and visualizesubstation data.
