The estereoscopy is a phenomenon thatmakes with a person has the feeling of depth whenobserving a scene. Using the mechanism of binocularvision, the human brain treats two-dimensional images toobtain such effect, considering that each eye sees animage, defining the "Stereo Vision". Currently the use ofthe Virtual Reality for medical applications has grownsubstantially in techniques and special tools thatsimulate, with high degree of realism, on situations andprocedures to the diverse areas of the health. Suchtechnologies supply to the professional of the medicalarea a rich source of studies and diagnostic providing ahigh level of interaction and immersion.The objective ofthis work is to provide the sensation of immersion inapplications of virtual reality destined to the medicaltraining, through techniques of anagliph.
