Using desktop Virtual Reality techniques built a virtual environment of a drive system for pumping water, where the user can perform two tests. These tests, the method of flow adjustment by throttle valve and the method of flow adjustment by varying the electric motor, are used in industry. The user makes the experience as if in a real plant, pushing buttons on the screen and checking the results, which ultimately are analyzed and compared in order to determine which method uses less power.
