This paper presents a proposal of an interactionmodule to be implemented in a Virtual Reality (VR)framework for medical training, aiming at to obtain morerealism in applications to simulate biopsy examinations. Themodule supports conventional (keyboard and mouse) andnon-conventional devices (haptic equipment and dataglove),allowing to develop applications according to financialavailability and desired degree of realism. With the devices,is possible to navigate on the environment, manipulatevirtual objects and control the system during the trainingsession.
