The most of Brazilians hearing deficient uses theSignal Brazilian Language (LIBRAS) for theircommunication. However, some of them find difficulty tocommunicate each other, because Portuguese is not theirnative language, and it has a different position than thatdefined by LIBRAS. For reducing this problem, it wascreated the F-LIBRAS, a Virtual Environment directed todominate of LIBRAS. This environment should providesupport for including people, computer systems and contents;it can be used even for learning as training. The principaltasks of this program are: recording, publishing andvisualizing of gestures and movements from SignalLanguage. The gestures used in LIBRAS are threedimensional,this way the techniques of Virtual Reality areappropriated to represents the movements that compose thesignal language
