This work presents the development of a VirtualReality (VR) environment dedicated to the three-dimensional(3-D) analysis of agricultural samples. Hence, modelsproceeding from a 3-D reconstruction algorithm aresubmitted to several graphic processes of visualization andmanipulation, in order to contribute with user's immersionand interaction with the virtual scene. As validation, it'sapproached the question referring to the samples porosity, aswell the formation of preferential ways of water and soluteflow (fingering), verifying the contributions of the VRenvironment for its study.
