In this work, the development of a Middleware used todistribute Augmented Reality in the web, as an auxiliarytool to Distance Education is presented. The software is dividedin three modules: server, teacher and student. In theteacher module, Augmented Reality concepts can be usedin teaching, introducing virtual objects in the real environmente,by the use of markers. In the student module, studentscan visualize teacher's interactions and communicateby chat. Finally, the server module provides connectionmanagement and data distribution, from the teacher to thestudents. The Middleware was developed using C# .net andAction Script 3.0 programming languages, supported by theFlex 2.0 development environment.
