The main approach of this paper is the development of an Environment of Medical Simulation for Internet (EMS-WEB). It consists of a project developed by one of the Brazilian groups of virtual reality with the main subject to help in the education of the human anatomy. Many tools of virtual reality were used to the implementation of visualization, navigation and threedimensional interaction in an environment WEB, but for this project was based on the ActiveX technology. It was used as oneof the applications to validate the EMS-WEB with the human skull.
