In this paper it is described all of the necessary concepts for the implementation of a Content-Based Video Retrieval System (CBVR), showing the main techniques used in this task, and the application of some new ones for the video analysis. The techniques are Gabor Wavelets, Fuzzy c-means Clustering and Indexing with Slim-Trees. Finally, it is presented an algorithm that explains how whole process is done using the previous techniques.
