This document discusses the questions involved in the development of the project Interface of Virtual Reality of Computer Networks Management and Monitoring. It is a system for Linux environment, developed with free software and libraries, aiming at assisting administrators in the management of network traffic, proposing a new form of visualization, a tridimensional analysis in a synthetic computational environment.
