Modelo de Gestão do Processo de Logística Reversa no Restaurante Universitário da UFRA

Increasing the volume of garbage disposal in landfills means:(i) shorten the use of landfills, and (ii) increase the severity of adverse effectssuch as pollution of soils and groundwater. In this work we propose a model ofreverse logistic that may be used by universities interested in support the processingof disposal generated by their restaurants. This work is a partial result ofa study that is carrying out in the Rural Federal University of Amazon (UFRA).Moreover, this work reports a system for controlling and registering the processinglifecycle for recycling leftover food generated by UFRA's restaurant.
