The decision process on the IT Service Portfolio is characterized by uncertain and changing information, dynamic opportunities, multiple goals, strategic considerations and interdependencies between services. Several methods have been developed to assist decision makers. This article discusses the method Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) in a case study for prioritizing a portfolio of IT services.
