This paper describes the m-PATH, a process to guide the deploy and evaluation of the load balancing in vehicular traffic networks using a multiagent approach capable to investigate microscopically the interaction between supply, demand and the specific behavior drivers, here treated as autonomous agents capable of perceiving state of the environment and adapt to it using heuristic replanning.
