The main goal of this paper is a descriptive explanatory study of the secondary predication of the linguistic phenomenon, considering its utility for the improvement of the computational systems that need to process natural language. To accomplish this task, the main motivation was the limitation of the parser PALAVRAS in analyzing the structure with secondary predicate.
