This article concerns the analysis of the evaluation results of the SiSe measure (Semantic Similarity), that is used in the mapping between ontologies. SiSe, which is an extension of the proposal of Maedche and Staab [Maedche and Staab 2002], calculates the similarity between Portuguese ontologies using Natural Language Processing techniques. This measure helps the semi-automatic mapping between Portuguese ontologies aiming at information reuse and integration.
